Our process for hiring field staff involves completing certain training modules and working as a volunteer with Freedom in Christ for at least a year. All of our field staff raise their own support. The minimal training requirements are completing Transform and completing either the GenFree specialist track or the Coordinator Track training.

I agree with the message, mission and purpose of Freedom in Christ, which states in part that we are an “inter-denominational, international, Bible-teaching church ministry which exists to glorify God by equipping churches and mission groups, enabling them to fulfill their mission of establishing people free in Christ.”
