Freedom Ministry Training (FMT) is a 14-week comprehensive training designed to equip leaders to return to their spheres, ready to launch freedom ministries.
FMT is offered in spring and fall semesters. Classes meet once a week on Zoom for two hours. This training will also require about two hours of personal study weekly.
FMT applications for the 2026 winter semester are closed.
They will reopen in May 2026 for the fall semester.
What is covered in the new Freedom Ministry Training?
Freedom Foundation
The first 5 weeks focus on the leader’s personal freedom journey and foundation before they lead others.

- Week 3: Living from Rest
- Week 4: Winning the Spiritual Battle
- Week 5: Growing in Emotional Health
Freedom Ministry
The middle 4 weeks train leaders how to bring a freedom ministry into their sphere of influence.
- Week 6: Establishing Your Ministry Foundation
- Week 7: Developing Your Ministry Team
- Week 8: Multiplying Your Ministry Through Discipleship
- Week 9: Networking and Resourcing Your Ministry
Freedom Appointments
The final 5 weeks contain specific training on how to administer freedom appointments.
- Week 10: Preparing for a Freedom Appointment
- Week 11: Beginning a Freedom Appointment
- Week 12: Ending a Freedom Appointment
- Week 13: Participating in a Freedom Appointment
- Week 14: Debriefing and Commissioning
There are two prerequisites for Freedom Ministry Training:
- Complete our online Transform or Freedom in Christ Courses
- Complete a personal Freedom Appointment with a trained Encourager and Prayer Partner
- Complete an FMT application and attend an interview with the FMT Team
The fee for Freedom Ministry Training is $249.
Payment is not required until your application has been approved.
