The applicant has completed our Discipleship Counseling Advanced Encourager training materials. The purpose of the training is to help the applicant improve their skills in taking someone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ.

He/she has also been through an interview with some of our FICM personnel, helping us get to know him/her better. The last phase of the Freedom in Christ network application process is for you as a church leader to give us your feedback regarding the applicant. We would appreciate your taking a few minutes to answer the following questions to the best of your ability. These answers will be kept strictly confidential. Once this questionnaire is received in our office, we will make our final decision regarding the applicant's acceptance to the Freedom in Christ network.

FICM will provide ongoing assistance to the applicant (should he or she be accepted as part of the FICM NETWORK) in the form of discounted resources, training events and personal mentoring. FICM is not, however, able to maintain the level of supervision over Encouragers that Ministry Leaders can.
